Often we advise our clients to stop exercising, stop weighing themselves and to start eating more! Pretty much the opposite of what you would think is the best way to burn belly fat and lose weight safely.
What we do at ADIO is learn from nature, our ancestors (when there was no obesity) and the latest science. We are not interested in the latest fad diets. We don't prescribe boxed foods, synthetic or bio-identical hormones, drugs, synthetic vitamins, or surgery. We are only interested in weight loss if it is natural, sustainable, healthy and safe.
