Happy #FossilFriday! It's day 6 of the collections renovation and we're moving the last of our invertebrate specimens and found this amazingly preserved crab fossil from the Eocene of Italy in our collection. Our collections team is having a blast being able to get such a close at all our fossils in the Alf Museum collection. Harpactocarcinus punctulatus RAM 4302 Donated by Hugh Rose

The Raymond M. Alf Museum of Paleontology shared French education and language in the Southwest's photo.
We were very proud to be part of this cross-cultural, educational project! Thank you to The Webb Schools teacher, Emmanuelle Remy-Riley, for always keeping the museum as part of her classroom and for coming with such innovative ways to communicate science in another language! Merci! #Scicomm #sciengage #museumed
Congratulations to Emmanuelle Remy-Riley and all the people involved in the French project at the Raymond Alf Museum of Paleontology, an ongoing groundbreaking educational project.
