Our specialization in ship repair, conversion, and modernization encompasses a comprehensive range of services, including the repair of rotating machinery and pumps, electric motor services (including motor rewinding) and generator repairs, both small and large diesel engine maintenance, governance and control systems upkeep, hydraulic system servicing, and proficient pipe and structural welding. Additionally, our offerings extend to fabrication, valve repair, a full-service parts counter, and the repair of diesel fuel injection equipment.

PCE's principal customer is the United States Navy. Other customers include: Military Sealift Command, Northrop-Grumman Ship Systems, the Coast Guard, local municipalities, school districts and many other commercial industries.

PCE holds an approved and recognized Agreement for Boat Repair (ABR) with Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA).
