After working for someone else my entire life, the freedom of being my own boss appealed to me. But, what would I do? As an HGTV junkie, the idea of becoming a home stager and re-designer greatly appealed to me! Home staging and redesigning incorporates my passion for decorating, home repair and my desire to help clients sell their property quickly and for the highest return on investment. I personally pride myself on getting the most “bang for the buck” and I am excited to create an inviting atmosphere with even greater profit margin for my clients through my cost saving techniques. Home staging is all about making cost effective improvements to the property to insure the best chance at a quick sale and a substantial return on investment. Re-designing is all about utilizing your beloved belongings and arranging them in a useful and comfortable layout with your specific needs in mind.

Even though metropolitan real estate markets have been utilizing the benefits of home stagers for years, thanks to the educational efforts of HGTV, home staging is now understood to be a necessity in lower populated areas as well. With my current skill set, the job is a perfect fit for me. I am getting in on the ground floor and I am able to show buyers, sellers and realtors the amazing benefits of home staging! Buyers get a house in move in condition; sellers have the best opportunity to sell quickly and for the most money and realtors can sell the home easier due to the buyer appeal created by the home stager. It is a win-win situation for everyone!
