Using fruit we access primarily from vineyards we manage and control we have focused our attention primarily on Pinot Noir and Pinot Gris. We also produce a white wine blend and a red wine blend under the label “Recess”. The grape composition of these wines changes from vintage to vintage. The Recess label acknowledges the many years our sister and parents spent in the classrooms as teachers.
Our winemaking team is committed to old school winemaking practices in the cellar so that we can express the vintage, terroir, and description of the grape variety so the consumer can have a complete sensory experience with each taste.
