Maloney's Pub opened on Sept 25, 2002 and quickly became THE place for Villanova students and Bryn Mawr area locals to call home.

"As an alum, I felt that Villanova was missing that 'Animal House meets Cheers' kind of place, so my brother and I went out and created it. Villanova students, class after class, have made Maloney's Pub the Unofficial Villanova bar – a little bit crazy and a lot of fun! We are proud to serve VU and you can count on our bartenders (KO, Hip-Hop Bobby, Justin, AJ, Sands, Talon and Capt. Coop) to know your name before you leave. It is also cool seeing everyone come back to see us as alumni. We love being part of the Villanova family!"
