The History: Shannon Cather opened Echelon Salon in November 2011. With the title of Signal's Best Hairstylist in Santa Clarita 2008 and over 10 years of experience in the beauty industry, Shannon has built a great platform. She has been involved with the opening of two successful salons and in 2011 Shannon opened her own studio. Less than a year later, in October of 2012, she fulfilled her life long dream of owning her own storefront salon. She chose to partner with Aveda; who's mission "..is to care for the world we live in, from the products we make to the ways in which we give back to society." Paring the Aveda concept with a knowledgeable staff of creative and driven individuals, she has created a recipe for success. Shannon believes that knowledge is power and provides her team with an abundance of inspiration and classes to keep her team motivated and educated on the latest trends.
