Their swarming sales teams promise the world for bargain-basement prices, which inexorably results in unmanageably large file loads for their adjusters, ensuring unreliable service and poor quality.
For over ten years, MSW has thrived by understanding that this is a failed and hopeless business model. We recognize that adjusting your claims is not akin to manufacturing widgets, where larger volume results in greater efficiency. Quite the opposite is true of proper claims handling. We also believe that it's impossible to deliver a product with consistent quality over a large territory served by scores of offices.
