Lake Regional Hospital, a 501(c)(3) corporation, is accredited by The Joint Commission and is a three-time recipient of the Missouri Quality Award. The 500,000 square foot, 116-bed hospital is designated by Medicare as a Regional Referral Center. Our facility features private patient rooms, a large Outpatient department and a 35-bed Emergency Department. Our ED is a state-designated Level III Trauma Center that treats more than 36,000 patients annually. The hospital also features an 18-bed Intensive Care/Cardiac Care Unit and a 22-bed Stepdown Unit. Our Family Birth Center includes a Level II Nursery. Lake Regional also is a state-designated Level II Stroke Center.

Physicians and Specialties -- More than 100 providers care for patients at Lake Regional, including specialists in cardiology, cardio-thoracic/vascular surgery, gastroenterology, medical and radiation oncology, occupational medicine, ophthalmology, orthopedics, pulmonology and rheumatology.

Area Clinics and Services -- Completing the health system are seven freestanding primary care clinics, 19 specialty clinics, four express care clinics, four satellite physical and cardiac rehab therapy sites, five retail pharmacies and home health services. Lake Regional Imaging Center also is located on the hospital's campus.
