Africare Nigeria has been involved in the fight to eradicate malaria for many years, and continues that fight this year with project-wide participation in World Malaria Day on April 25. The theme of World Malaria Day in 2017 is “End Malaria for Good”, and Africare kicked it off with a stakeholders’ meeting in Abuja In attendance were partners ExxonMobil and FIO Corporation, , as well as representatives from the Federal Ministry of Health, NMEP, USAID, Interswitch, the Akwa Ibom Malaria program and numerous other stakeholders.
