Camp Wingmann is a year-round retreat center with a Christ-centered focus. It is funded in part by the Episcopal Diocese of Central Florida.
While the first Camp session was held in 1928, the camp was sold in 1979. After nearly 20 years, the camp was refounded by three former campers.
In the summer of 2000, the first session of the newly renovated Camp Wingmann began. Over 10 years later, the camp houses hundreds of happy campers year-round under the care of Father Bill Yates and "Mama" Joanie Yates.
