The Olathe Indian Creek Library (16100 W. 135th St.) features a Makerspace, AV recording studio, Friends Bookstore, Café, study rooms, event space, children's reading garden and park with a walking trail and accessible playground.
The Olathe Downtown Library (260 E. Santa Fe) will open on April 29, 2023. The new Downtown Library will be a a multi-story building with 46,600 square feet. In addition to the library, the building will house the Olathe Chamber of Commerce. Library features will include a café, a large multi-use room, a creative space, numerous meeting and study rooms, a local history area and core library services.
