Jet Nozzles Arthur Products’ high pressure water blasting nozzles are specifically designed for the high demands of sewer and drain cleaning contractors. Whether you are an individual contractor or an OEM, Arthur Products has the engineering expertise to be your water blast solution.
All of our nozzle solutions are manufactured at our Ohio facility. Being the manufacturer allows us to maintain an inventory of various nozzle geometries for operating pressures of 10K, 15K, and 20K. Nozzles are drilled once an order is placed using the customer’s equipment operating parameters. We also provide part marking and powder coating as in-house services.
Vent Tubes A custom manufactured vent tube can make a big difference in a bottling operation. Beverage and liquid bottling companies might spend millions of dollars on filling machines, which are outfitted with standard vent tubes created by the original manufacturer. Many times, the standard vent tube does meet a company’s specific needs for each filling line, including speed, accuracy and maintenance.
Arthur Products works with companies large or small to fabricate vent tubes designed specifically to work with individual machines, systems and processes. Arthur Products can manufacture custom solutions using either food grade stainless steel or plastics to create FDA-compliant parts for bottlers.
