Robert A Leach DR

Dr. Rob Leach is Starkville, Mississippi’s premier chiropractic physician. Since opening his practice in 1979, he has seen over 10,000 patients from every part of Mississippi and west central Alabama. Dr Leach utilizes both manual and computer generated manipulation techniques, and specializes in pain management, sports injuries, fibromyalgia and chronic pain conditions, and maintenance care. He sees patients of every age, including infants and children as well as senior adults. Dr. Leach is also well respected in the medical community, and has a working relationship with several neurologists, orthopedists and radiologists to provide a high level of patient care to this area. In his spare time, Dr Leach works as a clinical researcher and has been published in several peer reviewed journals; his works also include 4 textbooks that have been used in Chiropractic Schools across the world for years. He has acted as mentor for a number of chiropractic students and kinesiology students, and because of his knowledge and expertise, is seen as an expert in his field. He passed up an opportunity several years ago to be the Director of Research at Bethesda Naval Medical Center (he would have been the President’s chiropractor) to be able to stay in Starkville and see his children and grandchildren regularly. Starkville is home, and though he didn’t graduate from MSU and can’t claim to be a Mississippi native, his favorite colors are maroon and white and he’s a proud Mississippi State Bulldog supporter.
