Growing up in a large family, Francis was one of eleven kids raised on a farm. His father, Elmer, decided to get into the Insurance Business in 1962. 15 years later, Francis decided to follow in his father's footsteps, joining the business in 1977.
Francis' son, Blake, joined full time in 2010, starting the third generation. Francis' wife, Denise, is also an agent, dealing primarily in Health Insurance.
Francis has seen many changes in his community over the years but one thing he says will always be the same is the importance of strong relationships within the community.
