We are proud to introduce 8 wines;

WHITES ~

Sauvignon Blanc ~ $14 ~ This crisp white wine has the hints of citrus. It is best chilled and pairs well with cream sauce pastas and a bold fish such as salmon.

Bianca ~ $12 ~ A white table wine that is named after our dog's name. This semi-sweet wine is a blend of cayuga and vignoles grapes. This wine has hints of tropical fruit, banana and pineapple. It pairs well with mild cheese and a delicate fish.

BLUSH ~

Fantasia ~ $11 ~ A semi-sweet blush table wine, a blend of the catawba grape and merlot. It has hints of citrus and melon. This wine pairs well with mild cheeses and delicate pasta sauces. It is an easy summertime sipping fantasy.

REDS ~

Cabernet Sauvignon Reserve ~ $39 ~ This Gold Metal Award Winning wine is a bold, full bodied red wine which has a forward taste of cloves, blueberries, and a hint of cinnamon. This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Sauvignon and 25% Malbec. It pairs well with spicy, peppered steak or a hearty stew.

Cabernet Sauvignon ~ $24 ~ A dry red wine with hints of cherry and raspberry. It pairs well with a creamy gorgonzola cheese

Cabernet Franc ~ $28 ~ This fine red wine has hints of blueberries and spice with forward tannins. This wine is a blend of 75% Cabernet Franc and 25% Cabernet Sauvignon. It pairs well with any type of dry nutty cheeses, red meats and fine chocolates.

Fiore Rosso ~ $12 ~ Italian for red flower. This wine is a semi-sweet red table wine with a light body. It is a blend of the chambourcin grape and the white cayuga grape. You will note hints of cherry and raspberry with floral aromas. This is a very versatile wine served chilled or at room temperature with any of your favorite foods.

DESERT ~

Moscato ~ $25 our newly released 2013 version won't last long. This limited gem makes it's 2014 debut and won't last long.
