BEFORE YOUR INSPECTION
A Bruno University certified technician will service your equipment
not a subcontractor, ensuring we are accountable for our services.
We drive well-marked & fully equipped Bruno trucks & never park in your grass or driveway, protecting your property.
Our technician will have identification & ask permission before beginning the 56-point inspection.
Details of the 56-point inspection will be explained to you. We will inspect every component of your system & test to manufacturer specifications.

DURING YOUR INSPECTION
Permission will be asked prior to entering any part of your home so that you always feel comfortable.
Once in your home, floor saving shoe covers are worn and drop cloths will be laid, protecting your property.
The technician will be using state-of-the-art tools and supplies to perform his job at the highest standard.
Any additional work will require approval. No hidden fees. Any charges will be explained and need approval.


AFTER YOUR INSPECTION
The technician will review the results of the inspection, perform any services that you may want or need - or schedule services at a time convenient for you.
The technician will ask you to fill out a customer service feedback survey so we can ensure your satisfaction.
Our technicians will log all work performed in your customer portal insuring proper warranty information for your reference and convenience.
