For 25 years the Community Arts Partnership has been connecting artists and audiences by managing and promoting the Greater Ithaca Art Trail, the Artists Market, the Spring Writes Literary Festival, and a downtown gallery, CAP ArtSpace. CAP also administers grant programs and art-related workshops. All of these activities have a positive impact on Tompkins County’s cultural offerings, economy, and overall quality of life.
