Pro Auto Center was established 1n 1995. Owner Mike Smith saw a need for an automotive repair center geared to take in customer's cars for repairs the same day they called. Most people do not plan on breaking down. With Mike's background in finance and customer service he recognized a need to assist those customer's who required same day service. Now, 14 years later, Pro Auto Center prides itself on prompt, same day service. You can drop your car off in the morning, and provided the parts to complete the repair are available, you will be able to pick your car up at the end of the day.
In addition to prompt service, Mike states that all of his mechanics are paid a salary, and not “by the job” as is the case for most dealerships & independent repair shops. Pro Auto's staff is most concerned about customer satisfaction and repeat business. We do the job right, and we only repair what needs to be repaired. In a “by the job” repair shop the mechanic is paid based upon the amount of the repair bill. Frankly, those mechanics get paid more money the more work they do on your car. Our mechanics get paid the same, even if we find nothing wrong with your car.
