Juliette Gordon Low founded CJL as a Girl Scout leader training facility in 1921. Camp Juliette Low became an independent nonprofit camp in the 1930s.

CJL is accredited by the American Camp Association, and offers many exciting class choices for campers, including canoeing, sailing, archery, horseback riding, diving, water fun, arts and crafts, sewing, Project Adventure (ropes course), Outdoor Living Skills, Extreme Outdoor Living Skills (backpacking light for older campers), outdoor cooking, hiking, and drama!

If you are an alumna of Camp Juliette Low and do not currently receive our bi-yearly mailing, the CaJuLo, please let us know and we'd love to get you back on the list! There is also an Alumna Reunion Weekend every year right before camp starts for the summer. For more information, see the website.
