Groton Fitness Center has been serving Groton and surrounding areas since 1996. We provide a large selection of free weights, weight machines and cardio equipment.
Sometimes the hardest part of a fitness program is getting started. At Groton Fitness Center your membership includes a one-on-one session with a staff member that will familiarize you with the gym equipment and policies, and will set you up with a basic program that will fit your needs and abilities.
