We are a full service accounting firm. In that respects, we perform accounting services, tax return preparation and payroll services.

However, we are a boutique law firm that focuses on income tax resolution services and business, tax and asset protection planning. We have several years experience in resolving all income tax issues including substantially reducing the overall tax debt and releasing wage garnishments, levies and other negative collection efforts of the IRS. At the resolution we discuss steps you can take to reduce your exposure to income tax issues in the future.

Second, we evaluate start up and existing business to ensure the business is organized to provide the best tax and asset protection possible to its owners. Tax planning is important because the less a busines pays in tax the more cash flow is available to create personal wealth for the ownerts or to invest additional capital into the business. Also, why start a business to get sued and lose it? With proper planning, this risk can be substantially reduced.

Sooner or later the busines owner will want to sell or retire from the business.
