Belafonte TACOLCY Center, Incorporated has been providing programs and services to children and families in this community for forty-eight years. Our mission is to “provide a safe environment where children and families are encouraged to explore life’s options, making positive choices that will strengthen self and community.” Our primary goal is to “Empower Families to Realize Their Dreams.”
Our target population is youth in the Liberty City community and surrounding areas between the ages of 5 – 24 years old. We also target families who need assistance with various issues and concerns including but not limited to housing, food, jobs, childcare, parenting skills, mental and physical challenges, etc.
