History of Organization Cache Creek Lodge was established as a nonprofit organization in 1974 by Hugh Cameron, a Yolo County resident and landowner empathetic to the needs of recovering alcoholics and drug addicts. Since its early beginnings, Cache Creek Lodge was run and supported by local business, community leaders, and friends of those in recovery. Providing residential and transitional housing for those in various stages of rehabilitation, Cache Creek has been at its current Woodland location since 1994 and currently maintains 45 beds.
