So far he has coached everyone from multiple CrossFit Games athletes to our oldest member, Faye who is in her 80's. His staff in Davie and Plantation, FL has over 25 years combined CrossFit coaching experience and possesses more certifications, seminars, and coaching experience than any other gym around.
