New procedures help both nearsighted and farsighted patients enjoy improved vision:

iLASIK
iLASIK combines the power of WaveScan optical scanning, the VISX CustomVue system and the InterLase blade-free approach to create an ultra-accurate (+/- 10 microns) incision. This advanced technology gives the surgeons at United Eye Centers unprecedented customization, so every patient receives the exact correction they need. Since iLASIK is so accurate, United Eye Centers can serve patients who were previously not considered candidates for laser vision correction.

NearVision CK
NearVision CK is a quick procedure with no cutting involved. Using radiofrequency (RF) energy, NearVision CK can change how the eye focuses light by reshaping the cornea to make it steeper.

Cataract Surgery
Cataracts affect almost everyone, sooner or later. The only treatment for a cataract is removal of the affected natural lens of the eye and implantation of a lens implant, or intraocular lens (IOL). This restores the eyes ability to have light pass unobstructed through to the retina. Over 14 million Cataract procedures are performed worldwide each year.
