Water to Thrive emerged from a Bible study of only 40 people at Triumphant Love Lutheran Church in Austin, TX. The group learned about the global water crisis and its simple solution. Just $5,000 can fund a hand-dug well that will change the lives of 300-500 people (on average, only $10 per person!) with fresh, clean water to help lift them out of the cycle of poverty forever.
By the end of this session, the group had raised enough money to build 12 fresh water wells, forever changing the lives of over 6,000 Ethiopians in the Tigray Region!
