TRANSPORTATION: We provide this service for Marion County residents age 60 and over and it is available Monday through Friday for needs-based appointments, such as medical, shopping, and other essential errands. Please call 24 to 48 hours in advance to request this Center transportation is offered on a donation basis. Call (740) 387-5444 to make an appointment.

GROCERIES FOR SENIORS: The Marion Senior Center is proud to be partnered with the Mid-Ohio Food Bank in providing free boxes of non-perishable groceries to seniors age 60 and over. You may be eligible if you are a resident of Marion County and meet certain income guidelines. Call (740) 387-6100 for complete details.

AFFILIATIONS: The Marion Senior Center is sponsored by the City of Marion, Ohio and is fuded in part through a Title III Grant under the Older Americans Act, administered through the Ohio Department of Aging and the District 5 Area Agency on Aging, with local funding from the City and County of Marion, the Marion County Council on Aging, and the Marion Senior Citizens Association, Inc. Programs are open to all persons age 60 and over, regardless of sex, race, national origin, handicap or religion. Social memberships are available starting at age 50.
