Since 1938 Welders Supply Company has served a wide range of customers in a marketplace that currently consists of the southeastern counties of Wisconsin and northern Illinois.
The Welder Supply Company was started by a well-known Beloit welder, George Uhlir, who began supplying local metalworking customers with products and aiding them with his welding advice and expertise. The tradition of dependable supply and technical service has continued through successive management as more sophisticated metal joining and cutting processes have evolved. In addition to the traditional metalworking customers, Welders Supply Company now serves a diverse array of industries including chemical, medical, construction, food processing and vocational schools.
The company has shown consistent growth by focusing on quality in the manufacturers we select to represent and by the value-added services provided by our capable, responsive employees. Independently owned, Welders Supply Company is able to respond promptly to the service requirements of customers.
