Terry R. Mohr is the senior partner of Mohr & Sullivan, , whose practice is limited to Matrimonial and Family Law at the trial court and appellate levels. Attorney Mohr has been named a Leading Lawyer in Illinois consistently since 2005. Terry has extensive experience in contested and uncontested dissolution of marriage matters, including issues dealing with custody and children's concerns, paternity, domestic violence, post-divorce modification and enforcement and ante-nuptial and post-nuptial agreements. Mr. Mohr also has extensive experience with cases involving complex tax, financial strategies, and business valuation issues. He is certified by the Circuit Court of the 19th & 22nd Judicial Circuits for appointment as a child's Representative and Attorney for Children. He practices primarily in McHenry, Kane, and Lake Counties, in Illinois.

Bryan D. Sullivan practices primarily in the area of family law. He also has experience handling matters in the areas of criminal law and personal injury. Mr. Sullivan strives to achieve the best possible resolution in every case. Mr. Sullivan graduated from the University of Iowa College of Law, with distinction. During law school, Mr. Sullivan served as a student writer and contributing editor for the Iowa Law Review. Prior to attending law school, Mr. Sullivan received his in English at the university of Iowa.

Elizabeth J. Dalton practices primarily in the area of family law. Prior to joining Mohr & Sullivan, she practiced civil defense litigation for several years, in the areas of personal injury, toxic tort, and municipal aw. Ms. Dalton graduated from the University of Virginia School of Law in 2012. During law school, Ms. Dalton performed pro bono work with the Housing Law Clinic at the Legal Aid Justice Center, and assisted low-income clients in all kinds of housing-related litigation. Prior to attending law school, Ms. Dalton graduated summa cum laude from DePaul University and received her in history with a minor in Italian.
