Bruce Marlin - President of Marketing Concepts, has deep roots in audio, video and music production. Bruce's educational background includes San Francisco State University and many industry related seminars such as Synergetics Audio Concepts. Bruce's experience embraces all aspects of our industry; Retail Sales and Management (Dave Kelsey's Audio Concepts and Westlake Audio); Manufacturing (National Sales and Marketing Manager of UREI); authoring featured articles for “System Contractor News” and five years experience as a Regional Sales Representative of pro audio/video equipment here in the Southwest. Bruce's varied background avails us a unique perspective on our industry.
Gayleen Leach - Co-founder, Partner and Secretary Treasurer, with more than 40 years' experience in the AV industry attended North Texas State (Journalism Major) and had over 12 years experience as Administrative Manager for pro audio and video reps in the Southwest prior to taking the helm for Marketing Concepts in 1984.
Erin Sweet-Wasche - Marketing Concepts Sales Administrator for 20 years of which the last 10 as lead Administrator, graduated from TCC with an Associates in Arts.

Bob Kendrick- (Northern) Regional Sales Manager, Bob is based out of Moore, OK. Bob has over fifteen years experience in both the commercial and residential audio/video and lighting industry as a project manager, system integrator and sales coordinator. Bob attended the Rose State College Midwest City, Oklahoma and University of Central Oklahoma Edmond, Oklahoma as a History major.

Wayne Jemmott- (Central, Border, West Texas, Houston, LA & MS) Regional Sales Manager, Wayne has joined our firm as our Central, Border & West Texas Regional Sales Manager and is based out of Austin TX. Wayne has over twenty-five years of sales and management experience; the majority of that in the A/V industry. Wayne has worked with some of the top national contractors and consultants in the industry and as a result has a broad understanding of the bid system, system design and install. Wayne attended the University of Kentucky majoring in communications and served in the United States Air Force.
