The company operates from two plant locations comprising more than 120,000 square feet of production area where employees fabricate and manufacture every wooden component that goes into Dutch Made cabinetry. Over 130 employees use the finest raw materials, the latest manufacturing technology combined with age-old construction methods to create beautiful cabinetry and furniture made to last many lifetimes.

Dutch Made’s Computer Numerically Controlled “CNC” machinery ensures precision routing and drilling of cabinetry doors and parts. The latest in computer controlled Panel saws are utilized in fabricating cabinetry components to exacting dimensions. Multiple processes of machine sanding followed by hand sanding are performed to attain the highest quality in timeless craftsmanship and appearance.

The company’s more than 20,000 square foot finish department with its highly trained personnel and innovative equipment employ the latest technology in furniture quality finish application, including halogen infrared energy oven system processes for curing and drying which are the best that can be found anywhere among cabinetry manufacturers.
