The partnership was created to promote policies and programs that enable groups to work together in a systematic manner by providing target communities access to community resources and support.
CPFSJ uses community/neighborhood-based: Family Resource Centers (FRC) and schools, as a vehicle to help families break generational poverty. CPFSJ provides resources, services and supports to individuals and families at its five Family Resource Centers in San Joaquin County and through its mobile unit.
