We started in 1974 as a custom Black and White lab. We processed film, and made prints up to 4x6 feet. The business grew steadily and we added a second location on Westlake Ave in 1987. We started doing digital retouching and printing in 1994. In 2000, we added color processing and printing. Now we operate at our new location at 6751 - 8th Ave NW in Seattle. Most of our work is now done digitally, and we enjoy utilizing the controls available for color balancing, contrast, dodging burning, and retouching with digital. Giclee printing, or high quality archival inkjet printing is a specialty we have been offering since 2005. Film is still a viable option, and we intend to keep doing film too. Film has a distinct look, and is being rediscovered by many photographers. Lastly, one of our personal favorite services is the retouching and restoration of old photos. It is such a pleasure to see our customers delight when they pick up their cleaned up and restored treasured old photos.
