Dover Health Care Center was founded in 1986 by the late Dr. Victor Epps. A true healer, Dr. Epps instilled the Chiropractic philosophy within his community and around the world. Not only did he touch the lives of those within Delaware, but Dr. Epps also traveled abroad to teach others about the healing art of Chiropractic. Since Dr. Epps' passing, his wife Cheryl has kept the doors of Dover Health Care Center open to continue to serve Dover and the surrounding communities. Promoting and teaching wellness and healthy living to as many people as possible through Chiropractic. The office now hosts two enthusiastic chiropractors, Dr. Skylar Kulbacki and Dr. Lee Adkins, both are focused on wellness for the whole family!
