The Rosina tradition began in 1963 as a small store front sausage business in Buffalo, NY servicing neighborhood meat markets, supermarkets and restaurants. This family owned business was founded by James Corigliano and named after his wife Rose, which in Italian translates to Rosina.
Our brands are sold through retail and foodservice channels and can be found in supermarkets, supercenters, military commissaries, wholesale clubs and restaurants throughout North America. Rosina is also an ingredient in other manufacturers' products such as soup, pizza, lasagna, etc.
Plenty has changed at Rosina since 1963, but one thing has remained – the Rosina TRADITION of QUALITY, CONSISTENCY and SERVICE continues to be the foundation of our business.
