The purpose of our Facebook Page is to be a place for fans of JLG products to commune, ask questions, share their experiences with the brand and learn about their equipment and the company in general.
Even though our community managers will make every effort to respond to you in a timely manner, please be aware that they are not always able to handle all customer service requests through social media at this time. However, if you have a product concern or customer service request of your own, you are welcome to send us a direct message and someone from our team will reply to you as soon as possible if he/she can assist in any way. If you have more urgent, critical needs please use our customer service pages ( ) on our website to find the assistance that you require.
You are welcome to post any photos, videos and links that are in accordance with the purpose of our social media pages. That said, we review all posts before they are posted to the page and reserve the right to remove any posts that we feel are inappropriate, offensive or otherwise are not in line with the spirit of our pages.
All comments, visuals, videos and other type of material posted by users of this site ("User Content") do not necessarily reflect the opinions or ideals of JLG, its employees or affiliates. JLG does not represent or warrant the accuracy of any statement or product claims made here, is not responsible for any User Content on this site, and does not endorse any opinions expressed on its social media pages.
