Sushi Runner was established in Doral, FL in April 2002. There was a high demand for eateries in the area. We were the third Sushi restaurant opened in the area. Meet the Business Owner
Hi, my name is Guillermo. I am the proud owner of Sushi Runner. Upon my arrival to the United States in 1996, my first job was working at an Italian Restaurant. From that first opportunity, I developed passion and curiosity for the restaurant industry. Over the years, I gained strength in my knowledge of the restaurant industry, as well as a desire to establish my own business. I decided to establish my own business so that I can make my own decisions, explore my creativity, and offer my customers the services and quality of food they desire.
