Ables Heating Cooling & Electric

Ables, Inc. began in 1967 when our founder, Jerry Ables, opened his electrical, heating and air conditioning company. Now, almost 50 years later, the business he started out of his home has grown to include a fleet of service and installation trucks, and employs more then 50 full time workers!

By 1984, Jerry Ables Electric, Inc. had outgrown its home business roots and the company was moved to 433 Wheeling Avenue in downtown Cambridge.

Ables, Inc. has obtained an outside safety consulting firm, and participates in bi-monthly training. Each employee attends training sessions as they are available. In shop training is provided to keep all of our employees current on state of the art methods and our continuing education series always has full attendance.

Ables, Inc. is a merit shop focusing on electrical, heating and air conditioning and refrigeration work, but our abilities far exceed these areas. Our scope ranges from small repair jobs to large commercial and industrial projects. We obtain our jobs through bids or on a cost plus basis and accept "Design Build" projects as well.
