The Center of Protective Environment, Inc. (COPE) is a comprehensive domestic violence agency that offers a full range of domestic violence services in Otero and Lincoln Counties, New Mexico. COPE operates counseling and crisis-intervention offices in Alamogordo and in Ruidoso and a shelter for domestic-violence victims in Alamogordo.
Our crisis intervention, shelter, advocacy and counseling services offer safety, freedom from abuse, and the skills to rebuild lives for survivors and their children.
