Richland County Communities in Action was created in order to unite community efforts and increase the quality of life in Richland County. This program and its Action Groups envision Richland County as being a healthy, clean, and safe place for families and individuals to grow. The Action Groups include and are not limited to: Active Richland County, Best Beginnings, Local Advisory Committee/Mental Health, Cancer Coalition, Nutrition Coalition, Partnership for Promise, Faith Based, and the DUI Task Force/Injury Prevention. The people who make up these action groups come from diverse backgrounds all working together on a shared goal.
