The combination of two words, Fulcrum and Chakra.

-A Fulcrum is the point of balance on which a lever rests or is supported.
-Chakra (Indian thought) is each of the centers of the spiritual powers in the human body, often considered to be 7 in number.

The reason we chose to combine those two words is because we at Fulkra believe in balance between the 7 spiritual powers in order to live a fulfilled lifestyle. We focus primarily on technology and cutting edge innovations for every living environment. We recognize at Fulkra, that technology can be a little overwhelming for some, and we want to provide a lifestyle that coexists peacefully with new innovations. What this means is we don't just provide the latest in technologic advances for our customers, but we show you how to effectively utilize every aspect of it, as well as blend it in to the environment you've already established for yourself. We provide design, consultation, engineering, and installation of home & office technologies.

Our logo represents 7 Chakras and to understand why we chose it, one must better understand Chakra. Chakra is often depicted as those 7 colors in a pinwheel motion because Chakra derives from the Sanskrit word for turning wheel. Although the Chakras have never been detected, we believe in the idea and how they relate to technology. The Chakras deal with the transmission of energy, in other words the motion of energy, which is also the definition for emotion. The chakras are thought to vitalize the physical body and are also thought to be associated with interactions of a physical, emotional and mental nature. How the Chakra pinwheel relates to technology is that technology can enhance the way we live when used properly, it needs to be balanced with every part of our being, and our mission is to show you how to effectively utilize technology for your preexisting culture.
