Retirement Ranch is Clovis' most complete nursing facility. We are State licensed as both Intermediate Care Facility and as a Skilled Nursing Facility. We participate in Medicaid and Medicare. We offer 24-hour care along with many other services. All of our resident rooms are in groups of around 12 rooms, each with its own atrium. The groups are clustered to provide easy access to nursing stations.
