Trail Head Cafe

The cafe is locally owned and operated by the Smith family of Ada, who recruited local chef Dan Teliczan to create a custom menu. Chef Dan is an Culinary graduate of the Secchia Institute and has over a decade of experience as a chef for some of the areas’ most exclusive upscale dining venues. He used this knowledge of fine dining and applied it to a low key cafe environment. The result is amazingly delicious food in a relaxed, casual atmosphere.

The mouth watering result is a breakfast and lunch menu using the finest gourmet ingredients, many of which are locally grown and produced. You’ll find hamburgers with Piedmontese beef seasoned with a secret special blend, gluten free hamburger buns on request, homemade coffee cake using the Mrs. Smith’s secret family recipe, Boar’s Head meats and cheeses, breads and desserts from the Nantucket Bakery in Grand Rapids. Salads are topped with our homemade dressings, and coffees were specially selected for their gourmet flavor.
