Do It Ur Self Plumbing & Heating Supply has been owned and operated by the Hill Family since 1973. We take a lot of pride in being one of the original home improvement retailers in Colorado. Our Grandfather and Father, Harold O Hill and Bob Hill, Sr. began Hill Machinery Company in the early 1940′s from our current showroom location at 31st & Brighton Blvd in lower downtown Denver. In 1972, Bob Hill purchased Truesdells Plumbing Supply, located at 3120 Brighton Blvd. This very unique business offered Denver and the surrounding areas a place for the homeowner to come for repair advice and anything from a washer to harvest gold toilet tank lids to whirlpool bath tubs. Truesdells was renamed Do It Ur Self Plumbing & Heating Supply and in the years since we have evolved into a full service kitchen and bath plumbing supply house specializing in European and North American manufacturers. Our primary customer is the homeowner, although we also work with many members of the local trade.
