The King Park Development Corporation (KPDC or "King Park") is a non-profit CDC located in the neighborhoods just north of Indianapolis' downtown core. We serve as a catalyst for improving the quality of life for our community through collaborative ’re committed to improving housing and economic development in the area with funding and other assistance from both public and private sources. These include the Indianapolis Neighborhood Housing Partnership (INHP), City of Indianapolis, Local Initiatives Support Corporation (LISC), Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), government programs, and neighborhood residents.
King Park operates a small business loan fund called the Build Fund dedicated to helping businesses grow and create jobs in the Indianapolis area. We connect businesses to flexible, affordable, and responsible funding. We are the only Community Development Financial Institution (CDFI) solely devoted to supporting economic development in Indianapolis.
