Subject: Irma scheduling follow-up Thank you again for your patience as we work our way through the devastation that was caused by Irma. As previously stated, we planned to visit all pools within two weeks and have everything back to normal in four. We are beginning week two of that plan. Unfortunately, some of you have not seen us yet! We understand that this is very frustrating but we promise that we will have visited all pools at the end of this week. Thank you again for your patience. Sincerely, Patrick Krantzberg Customer Service Manager

Subject: Important notice to Customers regarding Irma recovery NOTICE – Please be aware that we are finding many pools that have the breakers off at the pool equipment. Either they were turned off manually or were tripped during the storm. If safe to do so and you have power at your house, please turn your breakers back on. This will start the process of getting your pool back to a swim safe condition. In addition, we are finding that many pools were left in waste/drain mode because pool owners drained their pools before the storm. If you turn on the breaker or your power is restored and your system is in this mode, your pool could drain potentially causing structural damage. Caution: If you have any concern that your equipment is not safe to turn on the breaker, do not turn it on. We will be at all of the pools in the next two weeks or less. Please be safe and thank you for your patience while we work through the effects of Irma. Sincerely, Patrick Krantzberg Customer Service Manager

Subject: Hurricane Irma Service Schedule I hope this e-mail finds you safe and secure after Hurricane Irma tore through Florida. I think we can all breathe a sigh of relief that it wasn’t worse than it was. As far as your pool, we know that everyone is anxious to get their lives back to normal, but getting pools back blue and swim safe is going to be a process. We are hoping to get this done within the next 2-4 weeks. Irma has put us way behind on our scheduled service. In addition, there is a large part of our service area that is still without power and fuel is temporarily in short supply. Our guys will be starting their routes this morning although scheduling is going to be a mess. Please make every arrangement possible to give our guys access to your backyards. As far as the pools themselves. Our guys will try to do the best job at your pool that they can do. Unfortunately, many pools are going to need extra attention. This could result in extra charges as we work to clean up pools after this unprecedented event. Unfortunately, many pools will require a more intense cleaning. These pools are the ones that are brown or black that will need to be quoted and approved by you before work will be started. These charges will vary depending on the amount of time and materials needed. Thank you for your patience as we work through the aftermath of Irma. Sincerely, Patrick Krantzberg Customer Service Manager
