At Buckhead Orthodontics, we want to create a fun and friendly atmosphere for the entire family. We feel that braces are the best way to give you that confident smile you have been looking for. Dr. Everson is familiar with all of the latest techniques for efficient, yet comfortable treatment.

Kids love the metal braces and the ability to individualize them by choosing various colors at each appointment to show off to their friends.

If braces have not appealed to you in the past, there are now options that are less visible. As an Invisalign provider, Dr. Everson will evaluate your bite to see if we can correct your smile without using braces but with a series of clear aligners. Clear ceramic braces are also available. They have the same functionality of the metal braces, but are not as noticeable when you smile.

Dr. Michael Everson , earned a Bachelor of Science in both Chemistry and Biology at the University of Indianapolis while competing in Division II golf. He then attended the Indiana University School of Dentistry to earn a Doctorate of Dental Surgery, followed by a graduate residency in orthodontics at the University of Illinois at Chicago where he received a Certificate in Orthodontics and a Masters in Oral Sciences.

Dr. Everson is a member of the American Association of Orthodontists, Southern Association of Orthodontics, and American Dental Association. He has completed research on the degradation of latex elastics "rubber bands" used in orthodontic treatment in varying oral pH environments.

While away from the office, Dr. Everson and his wife Cristina enjoy travelling, playing golf, and preparing for the newest member of their family, baby girl #1!
