The Sedona Arts Center is a nonprofit cultural and educational organization dedicated to nurturing the creative life and artistic potential of our community.
The Arts Center was founded in 1958 by Egyptian-born sculptor, Nassan Gobran, and a group of visionaries who saw a need for a place where artists could work, teach, and build creative community.
The Sedona Arts Center campus, based around our historic Art Barn, now includes a school, exhibition galleries, theatre studio, and year-round cultural events.
Our Fine Art Gallery features the largest selection of local artists' work, with over 110 represented, and hundreds of works and objects on view. The Special Exhibition Gallery and Theatre Studio, both flexible spaces in the original Art Barn, offer additional space for exhibitions and projects. And our workshops and classrooms are home to dozens of unique creative learning opportunities each year.
