If you have a customer service issue, the primary channel for service is via email to feedback@ Include as much information as possible (order number, telephone number, store visited) to allow us to locate your order details. Only comments from the official Slumberland Facebook page should be considered representative of Slumberland. Any other advice or postings on this page do not represent Slumberland in an official capacity.

Some examples of what will not be allowed on our wall:
• Abusive, harassing, stalking, threatening or personally attacking others
• Defamatory comments
• Offensive, obscene, or vulgar comments
• Hateful language targeting race/ethnicity, religion, gender, nationality or political beliefs
• Anything to do with a Human Resources concern or legal issue.
• Fraudulent, deceptive, untruthful, misleading or unlawful comments
• Trolling or deliberate disruption of discussion
• Multiple posts/comments regarding the same issue
• “Spam”, phishing, or advertising content related to other products, offers or pages
• Solicitation of goods or services
